RateMyPlacement launches new feature to help employers build talent pools using student data

RateMyPlacement has announced a revolutionary new feature to help employers build a talent pool using student data collected through its website.

This exciting new feature is an integration between RateMyPlacement and RMP’s software solution, RMP Connect. Student users on RateMyPlacement can “opt in” to share their data with companies they are interested in hearing more about, giving permission for their data to be passed directly into an employer’s RMP Connect Talent Pool.

Employers will be able to target students directly in their talent pool based upon their preferences and characteristics. In addition, at the end of a campaign employers are able to track how many of these students, and other students in their talent pool, go on to apply and be hired using RMP Connect’s reporting suite.

With Gen Z increasingly demanding personalised, persistent and a permission-based approach, the feature also benefits students using RateMyPlacement through enabling them to shortlist jobs, favourite reviews and follow companies. This will allow students to manage their applications online more effectively and receive targeted and personalised content directly to their inbox.

This new integration between RMP Enterprise’s products will help employers build their own talent pools in real time, providing a new personalised experience for students and employers.

RMP Enterprise’s Co-founder, Ali Lindsay comments: “Supporting students in their job search is at the heart of everything we do at RMP. This new feature will help employers target and engage with the most informed and interested students, resulting in better quality applications. It’ll also create a more personalised, preference-based experience for students using RateMyPlacement to search for jobs.”
