This is a hugely significant development for ISV and the testing industry. The HTML5 player has been designed and developed by ISV’s in-house team specifically for their platform. It will be web-based initially but ultimately widen the scope of using appropriate tests on mobile devices like tablets.
Using an HTML5 player to deliver content will improve both the user experience and candidate experience. There are no downloads required, the player just picks up the content and instructs the relevant browser how it should be delivered. The window showing content is scalable and responsive so, regardless of screen size, the user can view the content easily.
