Hyper Recruitment Solutions, the recruitment company set up by The Apprentice 2012 winner Ricky Martin, has signed a contract with idibu to provide its online recruitment software. The 12 month deal sees idibu supply ad-distribution and tracking software via their Native360 plug-in to RDB ProNet.
The plug-in which is the first of its kind allows users to post ads to all their boards and social network from within the native RDB environment. As well as this, the plug-in also tracks applicants and allows users to create candidate records directly from received applications.
Hyper Recruitment Solutions is a specialist science & technology recruitment consultancy, formed after Ricky won the BBC TV series to gain an investment of £250,000. As a future need they were looking for a responsive and flexible online partner that could react to their needs as the business grows and develops.
