David Hurst, CEO, Onrec.com
Onrec.com grew from a monthly newsletter to a well respected international magazine, online news portal, recruitment industry directory and global events business. Onrec is established as the worlds leading resource for information, comment and opinion about the online recruitment industry, it’s trends, it’s key players and it’s future. As part of Onrec’s continuing mission to further discussion between HR, recruiters and the online recruitment industry, I have chaired conferences in Sydney, Las Vegas, Hong Kong, London, Dublin, Brussels, Sao Paulo, Istanbul, San Fransisco, New York and Chicago. I am a contributor to Hr.com, Classified Intelligence LLC and founded the Online Recruitment Marketing Council (ormc.org.uk). In 2006 I was appointed Director to the Board of the Digital Content Forum where I represented the ORMC and the interests of the UK online recruitment industry to UK government.
Laura Stoker, Executive Director of Global Training, AIRS
Laura Stoker began her recruiting career as a researcher for executive search firms working on international and domestic projects. She has also worked as a Recruiter for J.D. Edwards in Denver, Colorado and as a Technical Recruiter for EMDS in Brussels, Belgium. She has been using AIRS techniques since she attended one of our first training classes in 1997 and now enjoys teaching the same knowledge to a new generation of Internet Recruiters.
Kimberly Hendler, Project Manager, Human Capital Analytics Group - CBS (Copenhagen Business School)
As Project Manager at Copenhagen Business School's Human Capital Analytics Group, Kimberly Hendler works to align research and practice by making the latest research more accessible and useful to working professionals. Previously, Kim was the Managing Director of Talent at iMentor in NYC and is the co-founder of the Talent Collaborative (a US based Human Capital Network for leaders at fast growing NGO's). Kim has the experience that enables her to provide a bridge from academia to practitioners and in this talk she will share her insights into how recruiters can leverage data to understand and improve their hiring practices.

We have not even begun to exploit the new possibilities of using such. video, mobile, social networking and personal communication. in this lecture I will tell you a little about some of the ideas that Jobindex work with, and give my suggestions on how the next generation of job databases might come to look like."

Before joining Madgex, Nik spent 11 years at the BBC working on the News website, so has a wealth of experience working on highly trafficked websites and the ever-increasing number of devices they are used on.
