AI recruiter launches with unlimited interviewing capacity

A revolutionary AI platform that can interview an unlimited number of job candidates has launched.

Using AI to match CVs to job adverts has been a relatively standard feature of recruitment platforms recently. However, the development team at Talent Unlimited, led by James McClean, have taken a huge step forward by developing a platform that uses cutting edge AI to interview candidates too.

James and his team have a successful track record in bringing new technologies to market including Bumble, OrderPay and Ciao. The team have also been involved in major projects for Tesco, Shell and Renault to name but a few. Built using multiple AI tools, Talent Unlimited promises a high quality, accurate and probing interview. The platform analyses answers in real-time, so if a candidate says that they improved customer service scores by 20%, they can expect a follow up question asking how they went about it or what tactics they deployed to deliver that result.

All this is done using the latest voice AI technology so no typing out replies as is seen with many chat bots, this is a real time voice interview.

During testing, candidates felt as though they had taken part in a thorough and personalised interview, being surprised by the quality of questioning, particularly relating to their own experiences and CV. Whilst the “human” touch is still essential to the overall process, using technology to get to the best candidates more quickly did not deter individuals from using the platform, with some saying the added feature of personalised feedback was actually an improvement on human screening interviews. The potential for employers is an infinitely scalable platform capable of interviewing thousands of candidates at the same time, with zero operational impact. Not only that but it operates on a fixed cost subscription based on predicted use, not a percentage of salary, making it possible to accurately forecast recruitment spend. Clients receive a summary of each interview along with an assessment as to whether the candidate should be progressed to the next stage of their recruitment process. Talent Unlimited is the brainchild of recruitment veterans, Ed Grimes and Ed Godwin, who during their 60 + combined years of recruiting for leading leisure, retail and hospitality brands were keen to break down some of the bad reputations that recruitment processes create.

Ed Grimes, says: “This is a win-win for employers and candidates alike. Employers make significant time and cost gains, safe in the knowledge that the platform will perform to the

Highest standards, while every single candidate receives high quality feedback on their interview performance, with tips on how they might improve their interviewing skills in the future.”

Ed Godwin adds: “One of the most satisfying elements of our journey so far has been the fact that Ed and I have direct and extensive experience of the problem we are fixing with Talent Unlimited. Having worked in the industry for over 30 years each, we have felt the pains and the pressures of volume recruitment. All the way through the design and build we have been able to use our experience as a guiding light. In essence, we have built something we would use ourselves."

CTO, James McClean, comments: “Working on Talent Unlimited is a dream come true. Creating a natural user experience in an AI-driven interview is an exciting challenge. Thanks to their vast experience in recruitment and HR, collaborating with Ed Grimes and Ed Godwin has been invaluable. We've built an incredible solution, and I look forward to seeing its impact on the recruitment market.”
