To set up a video interview, recruiters simply need to view a candidate’s profile and select ‘Video interview’ from the ‘Recruiter options’ menu. A unique URL is then generated, which the user can copy and send over to the candidate via email.
The service is completely free of charge and the update comes at a time where more people are working from home than ever before. This provides a great solution for recruiters who can no longer meet with candidates face-to-face.
