Engage launches revolutionary software to ensure compliance for the whole temporary worker supply chain

A new, collaborative HR, payroll and recruitment software programme has been launched to revolutionise the temporary worker supply chain engagement process

A new, collaborative HR, payroll and recruitment software programme has been launched to revolutionise the temporary worker supply chain engagement process. The cloud-based software platform aims to unify the end-hirer, payroll supplier and temporary worker recruitment agency processes, giving them complete visibility, ensuring legislation compliance, eliminating duplicated administration and reducing business costs.

A neutral software and service supplier to end-hirers, recruitment agencies and payroll companies, Engage transforms the temporary staffing supply chain into a virtual organisation, eliminating duplicated administration, ensuring legislation compliance as well as providing cost savings for all participants.

Cloud based and easy to access, Engage combines the end-hirers vendor management system, customer relationship management system and the recruitment agency’s business process outsourcing platform into a single software accessible by the end-hirer, recruitment agency, payroll supplier and worker.

By unifying the software used by each party, information is easily shared, providing access to live data, such as the location and number of hired temporary workers at any given moment, and which manager requested them. The platform also centralises key administrative documentation, such as timesheets, pay and bills as well as compliance documentation.

Drey Francis, Commercial Director for Engage said, “Our software platform is providing a bullet-proof solution at an ideal time for the payroll industry. As the upcoming legislation changes, due in April 2016, to remove the right for temporary workers to claim travel and subsistence relief against their tax, will dramatically change the industry, end clients need to be looking at their HR processes and ensure compliance through the entire supply chain recruitment and payroll process.”

“By utilising Engage, payroll companies, end-hirers and recruitment agencies can maintain compliance with the changing HMRC regulations and ensure business costs are not driven up due to the temporary worker supply chain.”

Engage is exhibiting at Recruitment Agency Expo’s Birmingham show from the 30th September – 1st October on stand E13.
