  • The growing list of app integrations helps employers streamline workflows and optimise hiring processes

Gaia, the AI-powered recruitment platform, has launched new self-serve access to its full range of applicant tracking system (ATS) integrations for customers to better manage workflows and campaign performance.

There are currently more than 50 popular app integrations available on Gaia’s platform for customers to choose from, covering a wide variety of functions, including Workday, Salesforce and Gusto.

Gaia has announced that it is also now fully integrated with Bullhorn, a leading cloud-based ATS provider, as it continues to expand the list of apps available for customers to integrate with their own recruitment software.

The set-up process is quick and straightforward for customers. From the ATS settings page in their Gaia account, they simply need to click ‘Select a native integration’ and follow the connection guide.

Giving customers the ability to manage their own app integrations is intended to help employers streamline and optimise hiring processes while enhancing the candidate experience.

These latest updates are part of a series of major enhancements to the Gaia platform, designed to make it even easier for employers to identify, engage, and attract passive candidates with relevant skills and experience — before they even begin their job search.

Gaia uses seven years of machine learning advancements to analyse nearly four million data points, leading to higher quality matches and faster fill rates for job roles.

Ben Keighley, Co-Founder of Gaia, said: “We are continually exploring ways to enhance the platform and make it easier for customers to manage their recruitment processes.

“Self-serve app integrations will lead to improved automation and optimisation of workflows helping employers to streamline both the hiring and onboarding process of new candidates.

“To utilise the full potential of the Gaia platform and its application tracking systems, it is important that customers have access to a wide range of app integrations. That is why we are delighted to add Bullhorn to our growing list of available software.

“These latest updates form just a small part of the wider enhancements we are making to the platform, as we continue to evolve as a global leader in AI-powered recruitment.”
