Recent re-structure and improvement processes have seen the emergence of this dedicated channel for HotLizard clients, proving already to be a huge success in terms of communication and delivery.
Commenting on the new channel, Louise Fairley, Marketing Manager said “New clients commissioning additional design/ development are always assigned a dedicated project manager and this has not changed. However we wanted to focus in on and improve the aftercare and post project processes. Effective immediately all existing HotLizard clients either long standing or recent go lives have access to this dedicated channel. Essentially they are immediately assigned an account manager who is then responsible for answering questions, preparing quotations, new project requests and day-to-day account management. Secondly, and of great interest, is the reassurance that any new work commissioned is assigned to a dedicated technical delivery team, which is already increasing the speed of delivery.
Commenting on the new channel, Allister Kitchen Commercial Director for Systems Accountants said ‘’Knowing that there is a separate design and development schedule purely for existing clients is of great benefit to us. Additionally we have one main point of contact in account management which has proved a great success in terms of getting the responses we need when we need them.”
In response Louise commented further “Feedback received to-date from many clients has been extremely positive and we are confident this will further improve customer service, response levels and speed of delivery from inception to market.”
