Serving more than 1,300 organisations and 950,000 employees, the IRIS Cascade platform was re-designed in response to customer feedback. It now features:

- Enhanced navigation: An updated navigation bar helps simplify access to critical tools and data.
- Accessibility improvements: Screen reader support, voice recognition, and dark mode ensure inclusivity for every employee.
- Personalised branding: Users can now incorporate company branding, including logos and colour schemes, for a more personalised experience.

New Staffology HR Mobile App
Today, IRIS also debuted its new Staffology HR App, rebuilt from the ground up. Enhanced through continuous A/B testing and user feedback, the free app offers improved usability and is fully compatible with Android and iOS devices.
The new app also integrates with Staffology Payroll, allowing employees to easily access payslips, track time and expenses, clock in and out, and manage timesheets. It also simplifies tasks such as updating emergency contacts, submitting holiday requests, and reporting sick time. For managers, the app streamlines approvals for absences, time off, expenses, and other employee requests.
