Media Insight agency Kantar Media UK has integrated its bespoke recruitment portal to automatically synchronize to the company’s Facebook page. Kantar Media UK can now attract candidates through the social networking site and manage all the response through their recruitment portal powered by MyPeopleBiz.
Social networks are now an increasingly important part employer’s recruitment strategies. Engaging with job seekers and promoting vacancies to generate response is one thing but the issue for many employers has been that utilising Facebook and other sites is time consuming and the response is difficult to manage. However, Kantar Media UK commissioned MyPeopleBiz to build its new Recruitment Portal and to provide the functionality to allow the UK Human Resources team to post all the roles on the company’s corporate website, corporate Facebook page and Twitter feed with all the response from the social network site being captured directly into the Recruitment Portal.
