The UK’s leading independent job board, CV-Library is thrilled to announce that it is the first major job board to launch a DirectApply integration with Teamtailor, offering jobseekers an improved application journey while increasing application rates for recruiters using Teamtailor.
Teamtailor is a leading ATS (Applicant Tracking System) providing recruitment software loved by 250,000 users and 6,000 organisations, from small to enterprise across all markets.
CV-Library's DirectApply integration streamlines the job application process and only requires jobseekers to provide information they have not supplied already when registering with CV-Library. This integration reduces the time it takes for jobseekers to apply to jobs and stops them having to enter the same information twice on different websites. Not only will jobseekers experience a more seamless application process, but recruiters can expect to see four to five times more applications per job.
Furthermore, a CV-Library import connection is being established so recruiters can import candidates from CV-Library’s database into Teamtailor with just a click. This simple integration will significantly speed up the process of adding candidates to a talent pool. For an average client sourcing 250 candidates per month, this will save up to six hours per month based on fewer clicks.
Teamtailor is going to be the first UK ATS to offer this type of integration with CV-Library to their clients.
