adopted the iProfile to help improve the quality and currency of their CV
database. iProfile is the online dynamic CV used by more than 3 million
professional workers and Greythorn will be rolling out iProfile’s brand
new SaaS (Software as a Service) search tool to all of its recruiters in January
enabling them to deliver best-fit candidates faster than ever before.
By converting its static CV database
into up-to-date iProfiles, Greythorn’s consultants will benefit from working
with a Candidate database that is constantly updated from within their iProfile
Network. This will ensure its recruiters are always working with the most current
information in the industry and in doing so, Greythorn will convert their internal database into a
valuable asset.
The simplicity of iProfile’s next generation online search
tool means minimum training is required. The updated nature of iProfile means
that Greythorn’s recruiters will gain immediate access to increased numbers of
available and relevant candidates within hours of going live. This means its
recruiters will deliver highly relevant Candidate iProfiles before their
competitors submit CVs
