The Jobs4 Network, the series of 200 local UK job boards, has launched its new website offering an unprecedented experience for both candidates and employers.
Lee Touhig, Managing Director of the firm in the UK, led on the development of the website. He commented:
“Considerable thought has gone into the design of our site, such that our candidates, clients and prospective clients can visually appreciate the difference between a normal job board and the “Employer Brand Experience” that we deliver.
Our home page inventory now includes the “Billboard Banner” which can display a variety of rich media including Video and Flash. At 975 x 310, there’s no missing this HUGE piece of inventory.
We’ve taken a bold step in becoming the first Job Board in the UK to offer the Billboard Banner. We’re working with some of the UK’s top employers such as Barclays, Vodafone, Zizzi, Santander and RBS. It’s essential for us to be able to offer our clients the ability to maximise their Employer brand to a targeted, localised or national audience.
Our site delivers an experience that candidates are looking for too. Candidate polls and feedback indicated that they were unhappy with the overly complicated layout of some job boards. In particular, candidates showed a dislike for skyscraper and standard 468x60 banners”.
