Candidate Manager, a leading global provider of e-recruitment software solutions has today announced that TalentPack, their new self-provisioning Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which just launched in May, is about to go global.
While Candidate Manager is selling TalentPack directly to the market, it is engineered to be sold and supported by resellers. Candidate Manager already has reseller agreements in place with recruitment agencies, HR consultancies, HRIS providers, and recruitment websites in the UK, Ireland and China. TalentPack has now lunched across Europe, and is due to go live in South America and Asia in the coming months. The software is being translated into six languages, including Russian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, and German. Enterprise Ireland has taken an interest in the product and is currently helping Candidate Manager to research the South American market.

Despite a simple and intuitive user interface, the design and development team, led by Don Stapleton and James Gunning, points out that it supports surprisingly powerful capabilities that make TalentPack unique within the ATS market. The software provides all the key functions to support the modern recruitment process. Included is integrated job posting to recruitment websites and social networking sites, applicant recruiter email interaction, applicant screening, shortlisting, integration to candidates’ LinkedIn profile, and candidate ranking and comparison views. On-going analytics graphically display all the key productivity measures a recruiter requires, such as the number of candidates at each stage of recruitment for each position, time to hire, and source of hire.
