Leading graduate careers expert Prospects has launched a free guide to help students and graduates make the most of university and find the right career.
Prospects Student Career Guide is an annual publication available to download now at www.prospects.ac.uk/careerguide. Hard copies are also available at university careers services across the UK.
The bumper guide offers nearly 200 pages of advice from how to improve employability to job hunting along with job and internship vacancies.
Prospects Student Career Guide features profiles from some of the UK’s leading graduate recruiters. Twenty sector profiles will set graduates on the right path to discovering what skills employers look for and how to find a job.
Sarah Brookes, marketing director at Prospects said: “Students who consider their career right from their first year at university generally have a more rewarding experience than those who leave decision-making until later.
“This guide is intended to support students through their career journey regardless of whether they’re in their first or final year. It is also a valuable tool for graduates with lots of advice on where to find a job and how to land one. If you’re serious about your career then this is the publication for you.”
