Speaking about the new structure, Ann Swain, Global CEO said:
“Trade associations cannot stand still – they must respond and evolve in the same way as their membership evolves and we have always matched our members’ international aspirations by continually striving to help them identify the best new business opportunities internationally through our regular trade delegations. However our experience within Asia – and our first international office in Singapore – showed us that local recruiters – as well as those looking to explore opportunities in the region – are seeking more support and insight into the market. Now that we have our German operation up and running, it made absolute sense to create a global structure in order to run these – and other new international locations in the most efficient way possible. The recruitment sector is now global – and a global sector needs a global trade association.”
