The job board, which was originally launched in 2011 and is run by and for disabled people, has over 700,000 inclusive jobs posted each year.
The improvements to the job board will allow more disabled candidates to access and find jobs and give employers who advertise on the platform more functionality to target candidates and be seen as inclusive employers of choice.

Disabled candidates will be able to search more effectively for jobs, set up job alerts so they are informed of jobs matching their criteria as soon as they are posted, and complete profiles and upload CVs so that inclusive employers can find them.
Employers can be seen as inclusive employers of choice, target specific types of candidate (regionally, or by skill set, for example) and access better reporting.

Evenbreak commissioned Madgex, a leading global provider of career solutions, to develop the job board. Madgex has a wealth of experience and has previously worked with brands such as The Guardian and The Washington Post.
Rachael Salt, COO at Evenbreak, has been the project manager working closely with the web development team at Madgex.
