AdView, the job search aggregator, have just announced the appointment of Shane McGourty as a new director.
McGourty, who has made a name for himself in the industry with previous management positions at My Job Matcher and Independent Digital, has over a decade's experience in online recruitment and employment solutions.
His appointment follows a successful period of growth for the company, who have just rolled out their new Publisher Program.
AdView Sales Director Kevin Brady said of the appointment: “2016 has been a year of exciting developments at AdView and we’re delighted to add to this by bringing in someone with the experience and expertise Shane has.
“Shane’s arrival coincides with the release of our new Publisher Program which he will be overseeing. This is the biggest development of the year for us.

The Publisher Program, AdView’s own custom-built revolution in job search and targeted traffic generation, allows websites to take control of the content they want displayed on the site and offers up to 80% of revenue for clicks.
