Working alongside the senior management team, Anna will develop and strengthen the offering to the recruitment sector to win high-profile clients and pitch against national brands.
With over a decade’s recruitment experience both in London and Manchester, and most recently as Corporate Communications Director at legal and financial recruitment specialist Sellick Partnership, Anna brings a wealth of experience to the business.
Anna says: “I see real potential in my role at I-COM to join an already successful team and add value to the business as it moves to the next level. The recruitment sector is constantly changing and facing new challenges, and I believe that I-COM is best placed to provide online solutions through a consultative approach that supports recruiters in growing their online visibility through long-term gains and not just quick wins.

The changing habits of a jobseeker means that a recruiter, whether multi-sector or niche, needs to adapt to the ensure that they engage and attract new clients and candidates. In addition they need to be thinking about their own employer brand, as recruitment businesses are increasingly challenged with attracting the best talent to join their teams - and their web presence is a key way of differentiating themselves from competition.”
Anna joins I-COM having worked at Sellick Partnership for over eight years. Her expertise and knowledge will be key to prospective clients and her honest and transparent approach will support and add value to their online strategy, based on her personal experience and specialist knowledge.
