Capita has seen significant growth in its resourcing businesses. It has recently launched new services internationally as well as integrated strategic acquisitions that have enhanced its proposition to new and existing clients.
Jo joined the business in 2006, during her tenure as sales and marketing director, the business refined and enhanced its proposition and wider service offering into new sectors, allowing it to grow its market share, whilst strengthening and developing relationships across the existing Capita customer base. She is also a management board member of the Institute for Collaborative Working.
Nicola McQueen, executive director of Capita’s Workplace Services division, said: “Capita Resourcing has been going from strength to strength, with a growing portfolio of permanent and contingent workforce accounts. With her depth of industry experience, I’m thrilled to have Jo on board as the new managing director.”
