de Poel Clarity – the independent and vendor neutral expert in managing temporary workforces in the NHS and private health and care sectors – has strengthened its business development team with two major appointments.
Steve Moore has been appointed as the company’s Business Development Director. Having previously worked as Managing Director of Medacs Healthcare’s doctors division, Steve, 55, joins from Pulse Healthcare where he was Operations Director.
Steve’s remit will cover the development of de Poel Clarity’s relationship with healthcare organisations across the UK, with specific focus on the NHS.
He said: “I’m delighted to be joining de Poel Clarity during its conception and I’m looking forward to helping grow the brand substantially within the NHS.
“At the moment, we are only scratching the surface in terms of its potential in the public and private sectors. Over the coming months, I’ll be working closely with Managing Director, Andrew Preston, to strengthen our relationship with key NHS trusts and other important healthcare organisations.”
de Poel Clarity has further bolstered its team with the addition of Ben Ramscar, who joins as de Poel Clarity’s Head of Business Development.
Ben’s focus will be on establishing and developing the business’ public sector and NHS health and care offerings. Originally from the North West, Ben also joins from Pulse Healthcare, where he worked as Client Relationship Manager.
Ben, 39, has diverse experience in the sector, having also worked as an Account Manager at Medacs for over a decade.
Andrew Preston, Managing Director of de Poel Clarity, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome both Steve and Ben to de Poel Clarity.
“Their varied experience and vast expertise in the healthcare sector will help develop the business to a new level and create further inroads into the NHS.”
de Poel Clarity manages the relationships between Trusts and a select panel of recruitment agencies, by introducing clear, effective and cost-saving solutions. It was formed in July 2013 on the back of significant success handling the provision of non-permanent staff in the private health and care markets.
The business acts as a vital link between Trusts and recruitment agencies, managing the procurement of non-permanent staff at all levels. Temporary staff range from Acute Medical Doctors, Psychiatrists, GPs, Nursing staff, Allied Healthcare Professionals, Medical Secretaries, Porters, Drivers, Caterers and Administrative and Clerical workers.
The service is supported by de Poel’s innovative software, e-tips®, which reduces handling costs, and provides Trusts with instant access to spend/hours/savings and recruitment agency performance data.
