Futurestep, a Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) company specialising in high-impact recruitment solutions, has appointed Vivienne Dykstra as Business Development Director EMEA.
With over 20 years of experience in recruitment and outsourcing, including the role of HR Director at Deutsche Bank and European Head of Campus Recruitment and Training at NatWest Markets, Vivienne will utilise her skills within the wider business development team. Here she will collaborate with clients to understand their business strategies and develop recruitment solutions to meet their future talent needs.
In tandem, Vivienne will leverage her experience in graduate hiring solutions, assuming a cross-regional role to support Futurestep’s clients globally in the attraction, engagement and retention of graduate talent. She brings her team and clients from Graduate Solutions, a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business specifically focused on recruitment and development of young talent, to Futurestep.
Based at Futurestep’s London office, Vivienne will report directly to Jan Mueller, Managing Director EMEA Solutions at Futurestep.
Jan Mueller commented: “Vivienne’s depth of experience will be a valuable asset to both teams, particularly her deep knowledge of the Financial Service sector. As securing young, bright talent becomes increasingly critical for business success, we are delighted to welcome Vivienne and her team on board to strengthen Futurestep’s presence in the graduate recruitment market.”
Vivienne Dykstra added: “I am excited to be joining at a time where there is a unique opportunity to build on Futurestep’s robust reputation in these core sectors, advising on graduate and professional hiring strategies to meet current and future customer needs.”
In 2014 Vivienne set up The Artemis Network, a not-for-profit organisation focused on encouraging more school-age women in the UK to broaden their career lens, developing their skills and building networks through an online education platform.
Vivienne holds a BA in Business Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. She is also a certified Executive Coach (AOEC), as well as being BPS Level A qualified, skilled to conduct ability testing for recruitment and staff development.
