GoodHabitz strengthens Leadership Team to drive collaboration between Tech and HR

GoodHabitz, a leading online learning provider with a unique focus on advancing the broader category of soft skills known as human skills, today announces two strategic appointments to its executive leadership team.

This move signifies a major step forward in its mission to unlock human potential at all levels of an organisation.

Chris Chen, distinguished expert in AI, Engineering and EdTech, joins as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Chen will spearhead GoodHabitz's AI strategy, ensuring that the company's learning solutions are not only cutting-edge but also cater to the evolving human skills businesses need today. His leadership will be instrumental in creating more personalised and adaptive learning experiences, addressing the growing demand for tailored training at your fingertips in a tech-driven world.

Sandrien Boogaard, HR Director, has also joined the GoodHabitz Executive Leadership Team, a move that reinforces the company’s commitment to the belief that people drive organisations forward.  Boogaard is a respected and seasoned HR professional who brings deep expertise in both HR operations as well as employee recruitment and development. Boogaard’s focus on nurturing talent and fostering a people-centric culture will ensure GoodHabitz continues to set the benchmark for integrating human skills into L&D strategies, even as the company scales its operations.

Annabelle Vultee, CEO of GoodHabitz commented, “These appointments reflect our vision as a company that success will be found at the intersection of people and technology.  As such, these positions will play a pivotal role in our leadership moving forward”.

“Both of these appointments will have a far-reaching impact, as employees at all levels of an organisation across the globe will benefit from personalised, engaging learning experiences that help them develop the skills they need to succeed in today's evolving workplace.”
