As we start to diversify MBN into other areas of sourcing and retaining talented individuals for our clients, it is increasingly important for us to find new employees with the right makeup, mindset and outlook. This coupled with the need for the ‘chemistry’ to be right (we’re a fast paced, agile business) and the desire to exceed client expectations, means we constantly seek to recruit talented people who are as passionate about our business as we are. This month is no exception and we have three new starters each with interesting backgrounds of their own who have joined to further their careers, and support the MBN growth story.
Sam Wiszniewski - Ambitious graduate from the University of Glasgow, university rower, and team captain, with diverse employment experience. Also various experience and positions of responsibility obtained through extracurricular interests, as well a number of awards and notable achievements.
Adam Davis - Adam has held a number of roles which have required him to engage with customers in both a highly competitive sales environment and in more informal face to face situations working in PR. In each of these challenging roles he utilised his skills in order to meet and exceed both personal and professional targets.
Callum Donaldson - Experienced marketing professional with a 1st class Marketing and Management degree and a level 5 diploma from the Chartered Management Institute. Callum's key skill areas include: marketing communications, campaign management, branding, social media marketing, advertising and CRM database management.
