He comes to us as Chief Revenue Officer and will be closely involved with revenue performance, client retention, client growth, and new client acquisition. Richard will be an integral part of the senior team and will help to set and drive the wider business strategy.
Many in the industry will know Richard. He’s been working in the recruitment space for decades, starting out as a highly successful recruiter before moving into recruitment tech. He was employee number 8 at Broadbean, where he stayed for over 10 years, and has also worked with a major job board platform.
The huge amount of experience Richard brings to Wave will be invaluable as we grow, develop our tech, make new hires, and not only retain but strengthen the first-class client service that we have become well known for.
For Richard, it’s the journey Wave is on, coupled with the outstanding product portfolio that drew him to the role:
