Accolo, Inc., a pioneer in professional-networking based Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), today announced the appointment of Jack Phillips as Vice President of Sales, reporting to Chief Executive Officer John Younger.

Phillips has more than 20 years of experience in the sales, sales management and delivery management of outsourced technology support services and recruitment solutions. Prior to joining Accolo, he was a Managing Director for Spherion Professional Services, where he had leadership responsibility for the Northwest region. Previously, he held senior sales management positions with ARC, Seimens Business Services and Nynex. Mr. Phillips is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
