The Crown Commercial Service (CCS)[i] manages the procurement of common goods and services, so public sector organisations with similar needs achieve value by buying as a single customer. Since its inception, there has been nearly £12bn worth of sales through the framework, with 39% of that spend awarded to SMEs[ii].
CCS work with over 17,000 customer organisations in the public sector that will now have access to Activ People HR’s flexible, modular and integrated HR software.
This comes at a time when Activ People HR has seen strong growth as more companies introduce cloud-based HR technology to streamline all aspects of their HR management. Cloud-based modules such as Activ Absence, Activ Appraisals and Active Timesheets can support businesses at a time when remote and hybrid working is more commonplace.
Activ People HR has recently rebranded, with a new website, and a re-brand of its software coming this autumn, which will include closer integration of different Activ People HR modules.
Adrian Lewis, Commercial Director at Activ People HR said, “Being approved as a supplier for the G-Cloud 12 Framework is a major opportunity for us to expand the number of public sector organisations that we work with.
“Our cloud-based software gives HR teams tools to tackle key business issues such as absenteeism, keep track of employee hours to ensure productivity, as well as run annual appraisals and regular performance reviews.
“Over the past 16 years our business has gone from strength to strength, and we’ve helped 100s of organisations transform the management of their HR functions. We look forward to working with lots of new clients via CCS and helping them to overcome their HR challenges and gain valuable insight into employee behaviour with our innovative technology.”
