Amberjack win a Fantastic Four Recruiter Awards

Amberjack lead industry as the big winners at the Recruiter Awards.

Amberjack, the Future Talent and intake-based volume recruitment experts win four prestigious Recruiter Awards. The glittering awards ceremony was held at London’s Grosvenor House and hosted by the Perrier and Sony award-winning comedian Milton Jones.

The four Awards include; Outstanding Outsourced Recruitment Organisation, Recruitment Industry Supplier of the Year, Best Candidate Experience in partnership with Mars and Best Apprentice / School Leaver Recruitment Strategy in partnership with Morrisons.

Cynthia Bostock, Chief Executive said: “Being shortlisted for any Recruiter Award is a real achievement, so to win four Awards is outstanding. The awards were judged by an esteemed panel of industry leaders, who said “Amberjack stood out owing to their personalised approach to client solutions, applying technology, insight, innovation and social good. We were impressed with their exceptional client focus.”

There were also significant wins for Amberjack in partnership with their clients. “Nothing delights us more than delivering exceptional results for our clients and we’re so proud for our partners to receive this well-deserved industry recognition”, said Bostock.

Amberjack in partnership with Mars won Best Candidate Experience where the judges praised the “marriage of automation with a human interface” resulting in outstanding candidate experience and high graduate retention rates.

Amberjack in partnership with Morrisons won the Best Apprentice / School Leaver Recruitment Strategy with the judges highlighting the “clear focus in every step of the strategy” and how the fantastic end-to-end recruitment process was clearly “built for the long-term”. Find out more about Amberjack
