Bond TeamSpirit attains two internationally recognised ISO standards

Bond TeamSpirit, the HR and Payroll software provider, has been accredited with both the Environmental Management Systems and Information Security ISO standards. These two best practice endorsements demonstrate Bond TeamSpiritís ongoing determination to reduce the businessí impact on the environment and their policy of optimum respect for clientsí employee data.

Bond TeamSpirit is a division of Bond International Software and has over 30 yearsí experience in developing software and services purely dedicated to the requirements of HR and Payroll professionals.

ISO14001, the Environmental Management Systems Standard, is granted to organisations who display a commitment to continually reducing their impact on their environment. In being approved for the standard, Bond TeamSpirit has set a number of objectives for its staff in order to continuously comply with the standard. These include widespread recycling and the use of recycled materials, reducing energy usage and encouraging clients to download software through online means rather than from CDs. Extending its resolve to minimise the companyís environmental impact, Bond TeamSpirit also signed up with BASDA, the Business Application Software Developers Association, as a Green Charter Member.

Simultaneously, Bond TeamSpirit has recognised the sensitivity of the data it is entrusted with and the responsibility this entails by achieving full certification for ISO27001:2005 – the Information Security Standard. This includes organisation-wide procedures and policies for protection of information and a high level of integration between both internal departments and external bodies, including clients, to ensure risks and vulnerabilities are better understood and safeguarded against.
