The BPS has certified SHLís main product suite as meeting the standards defined by the European Federation of Psychologists Associations (EFPA) criteria for psychometric tests.
Sixteen of SHLís core test batteries have been certified by the BPS. As part of the psychometric test certification process the BPS audited SHLís tests against the technical criteria established by the Standing Committee on Tests and Testing of EFPA.
íThe psychology and the measurement technology behind SHLís tests are rigorous,í said Professor Dave Bartram, SHLís research director, íand as the worldís leading supplier of tests, we believe that it is important to have our products accredited by one of the leading national psychological associations. SHL continues to work closely with the BPS to ensure that we offer high quality tools to enable managers to recruit and manage talent as effectively as possible.í
íIt is not enough to make assertions about people performance within the workplace, you need to base it on something,í says Dr John Bateson, CEO of SHL. He continues, íAt SHL we have the knowledge and the expertise to support the advice that we give our clients. The BPS certification demonstrates this.í
