Bullhorn®, the cloud computing company dedicated to helping staffing and recruiting companies transform their businesses, will return to Sydney following last year’s successful conference. Bullhorn Engage® will feature expert discussions on industry trends, the latest technological innovations, and Bullhorn best practices for maximising growth. It will take place at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth Hotel on Wednesday, 4th March 2020.
This year’s theme ‘The Power of People,’ puts people back at the heart of recruitment. Talks will address a wide range of contemporary topics, from threats and opportunities across the recruitment landscape to cutting-edge technology to help set your business apart. Together with an expert panel on evolving business in a changing market, the talks will explore how recruiters can utilise innovative new strategies to overcome the talent shortage, better engage with candidates, and reach new talent pools.
Keynote speakers include Jeff Neumann, Bullhorn’s Vice President of Product Marketing, who will be discussing recruitment predictions for the decade ahead while also sharing Bullhorn’s strategic vision to help companies continue to innovate and differentiate themselves, and Janine Allis, founder of Boost Juice Bars. Through her resilience and passion, Janine has grown her juice and smoothie company to an empire spanning 15 countries and more than 600 stores. She has proven herself able to navigate uncertainty and change, and will share her approach to building a resilient, future-proof business.
Aaron McIntosh, Solution Consulting Leader and General Manager APAC at Bullhorn said: “Last year’s inaugural conference brought the Australian recruitment community together in an unprecedented way, allowing leaders, business owners, Marketplace partners, and product owners to connect and share their knowledge. This year’s Bullhorn Engage promises to further expand on this, offering significant networking opportunities and expert insights to both Bullhorn customers and others in the industry.”
