Absolution Software have introduced Desktop Streaming to improve their helpdesk support to existing users and to enable new users and agencies taking advantage of the free trial of ABSOLVER to be guided through the package interactively.
Desktop Streaming is accessed via ABSOLVER's website so that Absolution helpdesk staff can see the user's screen to resolve any problems and give guidance on how to achieve desired results.
Similarly, the facility is now used by sales staff to demonstrate ABSOLVER to new and potential users and provide real-time training in their own office environment using the agency's own database records. Benefits to the customer include one-to-one training meaning that the features relevant to their particular tasks, whether consultant, resourcer or administrator, can be addressed - all without leaving their desk!
