DNL Global, a company in the global human capital sector, announced today it has partnered with the Human Capital Institute to establish a Virtual Globalization Talent Management Summit. The invitation-only event will be held in Bangalore, India in October 2006.
According to a January 19th story in USA Today, The labor market estimates the outsourcing industry will need 2000 senior executives this year, up from 100 in 2000. By 2012, it will need 9500.
This summit will bring together the great values, practices and wisdom of Indian management and educational institutions, with the best talent management practices of their Western counterparts. The goal of the executive forum is mutual exchange in defining the relationship between human capital excellence and economic productivity in the age of 21st century globalization.
American and companies answered the 20th century paradigm shift from products to services through solutions that maximized talent development and performance management.
