Eight new firms accepted to membership in the AESC

BRUSSELS - The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) is pleased to announce the acceptance of eight retained executive search firms into membership. Following extensive reference checks, a site visit, and vote by the AESC regional Councils, the following firms were approved to join the elite AESC community of top-tier search firms.

Davenport Major Executive Search is a San Diego, California based executive search firm founded in 2005 by Stacey Davenport and Sue Major. The firm serves the life sciences and technology sectors globally.

Equinox Partners is a firm with headquarters in New York and additional offices in Chicago, Illinois; Washington D.C. and Los Angeles, California. Founded in 2001, Anthony LoPinto is the current CEO. The firm operates nationally serving the commercial real estate sector.

Godliman Partners is a London based boutique executive search firm founded in 2003 by partners Rupert Reed, Megan Stuart-Mills and Sarah Rogerson. The firm operates within the asset management sector, conducting searches across the UK and continental Europe.

Highfield Human Solutions is a UK based boutique firm specialising in the technology, telecoms, consumer products and services sectors. The firm is wholly owned by its CEO Sherilyn Shackell and conducts executive searches on a global basis.

J. Robert Scott Executive Search is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts and has additional offices in Singapore and Hong Kong. It was founded in 1986 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity Investments. William Holodnak is the current President. The firm operates in four verticals, financial services; venture capital backed companies in life sciences and high technology; higher education and not-for-profit institutions.

Istanbul based Mellaart International was founded in 2004 by its managing partner, Alan Mellaart. The firmís expertise is within the FMCG, life sciences, insurance, financial services, retail and construction sectors and operates within Turkey, Middle East and Central Asia.

Morgan Samuels Company is headquartered in Los Angeles, California with offices in Boca Raton, Florida and Seattle, Washington. The firm was founded in 1969 and Bert Hensley is the current CEO. The Morgan Samuels Company operates primarily in the United States across all industries and sectors.

Slayton Search Partners was founded in 1985 as Slayton International by Dick Slayton and renamed Slayton Search Partners in 2006. Currently Rick Slayton is President and Bob Benson is Chairman. The firm is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois and has additional offices in Atlanta, Georgia; Denver, Colorado; New Canaan, Connecticut; New York and Washington D.C. The firm operates across North America with a practice that serves most sectors and functions.
