These leading providers of outsourced human resources services are pleased to announce a significant milestone, investing in their futures and taking shares and board positions in this newly formed company.
The new team represents a move to strengthen the company’s leadership and vision for the future.
Having studied Business Studies at university, and being brought up in a family where running your own business is the ‘norm’, Tracey worked in HR for the early part of her career in corporate organisations before starting her HR Dept business at the age of 25.
Tracey Hudson established the HR Dept South Warwickshire as part of the national HR Dept franchise in 2005. Tracey was the company's first franchisee, which now boasts 70 franchises in the UK and Australia.
“Being able to offer our team a chance to be on the board and be shareholders is an exciting step. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for many years.”
Among the shareholders is Tracey Hudson’s husband, who as non-executive Directors has taken on the role of being an independent voice at board meetings.
Lisa Tyers from The HR Dept South Warwickshire expressed her enthusiasm for becoming a shareholder stating, “I am incredibly excited to be on board and sharing the future vision and success with a team of strong, ambitious women.”
The rest of the board are Managing Directors Sarah Asprey and Caroline Raybould, Jane Godefroy, Vickie Shears, and Stef Avery.
Stef Avery echoes the collective sentiments, saying, “I feel overwhelmed and honoured to be a part of this journey with such amazing and aspiring women around me who are all striving to make the business a huge success. Here’s to the future. Watch this space. We’re out there to inspire the next generation!”
Tracey concludes, “Professional HR support is critical for small businesses, particularly during times of change. With the election coming up, there will be changes and uncertainty, so excellent HR advice is important for SMEs to navigate such challenging times.”
