FPSG holds position in Sunday Times Virgin

FPSG has held its position as the UKís 48th fastest growing company in the 2008 annual Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 (published Sunday).

This prestigious national league table ranks Britainís one hundred private companies with the fastest-growing sales over the past three years.

FPSG achieved listing for a second year due to a 79.8% year on year growth through organic and acquisition expansion, from 8.9m in 2004 to 52.2m in 2007. Last year the company had accelerated by 87% from 5.4m in 2003 to 35.3m in 2006.

FPSG takes the accolade of the largest recruitment consultancy listed (approximately double the size of the nearest agency in terms of turnover) and is one of only five Scottish based companies included.

Launched in 1998, the company has recently celebrated its tenth year of recruiting excellence, taking all staff for a weekend of challenges and fun in Spain. FPSG has grown its staff headcount from the original nine employees to 148 this year, and the predicted turnover for 2008 is c70million.

This accolade is a grand finale this year for the award winning company, which has been honoured with Recruitment Consultancy of the Year, Commercial / Generalist Agency of the Year and Temp Agency of the Year in the 2008 Recruitment Business Awards. In addition the company was awarded Recruitment Manager of the Year 2008, as well as achieving finalist status in the Large Recruitment Agency of the Year, Recruitment Team and Back Office Support categories by the Scottish Recruitment Awards.
