Headland Foods, a leading manufacturer of frozen own label ready meals, has awarded independent recruitment business right4Staff a one-year contract to supply temporary production staff at its site in Grimsby.
right4staff will be responsible for supplying up to 50 temporary production staff each day across 4-hour shifts 24/7, to help meet the fluctuating demands of Headland Foodsí customers which include all major retailers. All candidates will take an essential food hygiene course, accredited to CIEH and taught by an accredited right4staff trainer prior to starting work. right4staff will also be responsible for full legislative compliance for all temporary staff supplied.
As part of the contract right4staff has provided a dedicated Account Manager who is on site daily who will also undertake all staff planning, payroll, production of management information and attend weekly meetings with regard to planning, quality and assessment of staff on site.
