Howden Employee Benefits & Wellbeing announces new senior appointments to drive global growth

Howden Employee Benefits & Wellbeing (Howden) has strengthened its Global Employee Benefits team with two new senior appointments.

Leigh Dauncey has been appointed as Global Benefits Director for The Middle East, Africa, Asia & Pacific, and David Williams joins the International healthcare team as Head of International Operations.

Leigh brings over 20 years’ experience in health and benefits, starting in the UK before working for an international provider, and moving to the Middle East where he was sales leader for Mercer Marsh Benefits across the Middle East & Africa. Leigh will focus on growing Howden’s employee benefits business and developing the global proposition for clients in the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Pacific.

David Williams joins from Mercer Marsh Benefits, where he was International SME Manager. He also joins Howden with over 20 years’ experience gained in health insurance, working in leading companies including Jelf Group plc where he spent eight years working as an international business manager.
