HR portal recruited by Badenoch & Clark

Accountancy, financial services, public sector and legal recruitment consultancy Badenoch & Clark has signed up HR Portal, specialist on-line recruitment business solutions provider.

Working with Badenoch & Clarkís 320 consultants across 15 UK offices, HR Portal is implementing its ADManagerô software.

Far more than a standard multi-posting tool, ADManagerô manages, analyses and tracks the cost of each vacancy. In addition, Badenoch & Clark is piloting a candidate-grading tool, unique to HR Portal. When an application comes in, the consultant assesses it on-screen before marking it good, average or poor. As they do this, ADManagerô measures the effectiveness of each job board in terms of the quality of candidates it produces, not just the quantity. This in turn reveals those sites that consistently yield ëgoodí candidates.

The candidate-grading tool is a valuable new function that significantly enhances ADManagerô. Clients can maximise suitable candidate responses by focusing time and budget on the better sites and also communicate quickly with the better applicants and ëfast trackí them to interview.
