The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and educator in talent management strategies, and Batrus Hollweg International (BHI), a human capital consulting firm specializing in Talent Gauging, announced today that BHI will support HCI initiatives as a global underwriter, helping bring the latest human capital education, metrics, and tools to leading corporations.
Together with HCI, BHI will sponsor a two-part symposium series for select BHI clients and staff members, which will feature a customized version of HCIís signature Human Capital Management Principles course.
HCIís Human Capital Management Principles course is a highly interactive program based on the latest research, best practices, and insights from HCIís research initiatives. The course integrates the full spectrum of talent management functions: planning, acquiring, deploying, retaining, and evaluating human capital. Course materials focus on practical knowledge, skills, and concepts that help drive a talent mindset throughout the enterprise, with attention to maximizing the performance of human capital. Participants not only gain a better understanding of the importance and application of talent practices; the course helps them lead talent initiatives in their own organizations.
In addition to creating a customized course that incorporates tools and education most relevant to BHIís area of expertise, as part of the agreement, HCI will also promote BHIís services to its own members and affiliates as a way to improve and manage talent.
ìWeíre pleased to enter into an agreement with Batrus Hollweg International, a firm thatís been recognized for its outstanding human capital management work,î said Allan Schweyer, HCIís Executive Director. ìOur alliance with BHI enables us to reach more employers, and share our considerable talent management resources with them.î
ìBatrus Hollweg and HCI are both focused on helping organizations deliver superior return on investment by directly aligning people processes with strategies for growth and profit,î said Lewis Hollweg, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Batrus Hollweg International. ìWeíre pleased to enter into an agreement that allows us to share our combined resources with employers.î
