Jobpartners signs deal with Pinault Printemps-Redoute Group (PPR)
New deal signals Jobpartners'' 30th client in Europe
With Jobpartners'' ActiveRecruiter, a recruitment management software tool, PPR Group responds to two key HR issues in large companies : optimization of the recruitment process and internal resourcing.
Founded in 2000, Jobpartners, a provider of human
resources and People Relationship Management (PRM) solutions has the following customers in Europe : 3, State Street Bank, Carphone Warehouse, Carrefour, Degussa, Nike, Chronopost, Xerox and most recently, PPR Group.
Deployed within the Group''s business units (Gucci, Printemps, Conforama, FNAC, Redcats, Rexel and CFAD), Jobpartners'' ActiveRecruiter will allow PPR
Group to optimize the recruitment process including internal resourcing between business units while improving the company''s image as a high-quality employer.
With ActiveRecruiter, PPR Group plans to:
- synchronise applications from the group and its business units (business unit and group HR site), with a common database;
- optimize Group resourcing while respecting each business unit''s autonomy and internal processes; data entry will be tailored to each business unit while back office operations will be shared;
- implement a strategy to manage candidate relations;
- facilitate follow-up of qualitative and quantitative indicators for the company''s recruitment process at both the Group and business unit levels.
- reduce recruitment costs and time associated with managing internal job transfers.
In the initial phase, the application targets the French-based business units for Managers and Group Leaders.
