MandM Direct, a UK online designer outlet, has selected to automate its HR processes through implementing software from Bond Teamspirit, the provider of modular, yet fully integrated, HR and Payroll software. MandM Direct expect to cut back on time spent chasing paperwork and having to collate information from multiple sources, which will in turn, increase efficiency and reduce the costs of the HR process.
Prior to deciding to implement the Bond Teamspirit software, MandM Direct had no HR software in place, and instead relied upon a time consuming, manual HR process.
This arrangement was very restrictive as the company could not keep historical HR data electronically. The lack of a central repository resulted in the HR department and line managers having to spend large amounts of time sifting through documents to understand an individual’s HR information and perform internal HR processes.
MandM Direct required a system to automate its HR processes in order to deliver time and cost efficiencies and to provide valuable reporting information.
