monday.com scales UK operations with new London HQ

UK headcount set to surpass 300 by June with the opening of monday.com’s largest European office.

Signalling confidence in the UK’s creative and tech economy, monday.com (NASDAQ: MNDY), the global software company that transforms how businesses run, has opened its largest European office in central London.

The UK has become one of monday.com’s fastest-growing markets in EMEA, with over 20,000 customer accounts across the UK and Ireland – including Channel 4, Transport for Greater Manchester, Borough of Haringey, and Farfetch. To support this growth, in the past year, the company has more than doubled its headcount in London, and by June, the team is expected to surpass 300 employees – making monday.com one of the largest tech employers in the UK.

The new 80,000 sq ft Fitzrovia headquarters will bring together monday.com’s regional leadership, R&D, product development, go-to-market, AI, HR, and legal teams under one roof. This positions London as a key base for monday.com’s EMEA expansion, and brings the company closer to both the UK customers and talent pool who shape its next stage of development.

“What we’re seeing across UK enterprise customers is a shift in expectation. It’s no longer enough to offer a flexible platform; companies want partners who move at speed, understand their complexity, and help them lead. This new London base is part of that commitment – to be embedded, accountable, and ambitious alongside them,” said Pierre Berlin, GM of EMEA.

Designed to support monday.com’s collaboration-first ethos, the new space balances deep focus and connection. Alongside quiet rooms and flexible team zones, it includes dedicated spaces for hackathons, customer workshops, and all-hands gatherings. London-specific cultural details were incorporated throughout, rooting the office in the city’s identity.

“Our London team plays a vital role in monday.com’s global success – from R&D and product to sales, marketing, and customer success,” said Eran Zinman, Co-CEO. “We are investing significantly in scaling our presence here, and that reflects the deep trust we have in the local ecosystem. As this region becomes a key growth engine for monday.com, our continued expansion is a source of immense pride across the company.”

London’s Deputy Mayor for Business and Growth, Howard Dawber, spoke at the opening.“The Mayor and I are delighted to see monday.com opening its largest European office here in London, bringing together AI, product, and design under one roof. London is a fantastic place for businesses to expand, and our recently launched London Growth Plan aims to turbocharge economic growth, spearheading investment and promotion. The new monday.com office will bring jobs and growth to the capital and is the kind of investment that powers the next generation of global innovation as we continue to build a better, more prosperous city for all.”

The new space comes as monday.com builds out its enterprise offering, expanding features that help leaders manage complexity at scale – from real-time visibility to AI-powered risk detection and resource planning. With over 26 million AI actions logged to date, up 150% since the end of 2024, adoption is accelerating across sectors. Elements of these capabilities – including product design and development – are now being led from the London office.

To support this next chapter, monday.com has also grown its London-based leadership. Ben Barnett has been promoted to Regional VP for UK & Ireland; Steve “Buzz” Pearce has joined as Head of Product Design; Cat Paterson has been appointed People Director for EMEA. With continued hiring planned in the UK and wider EMEA region, the company sees its London HQ not just as a physical expansion, but as a long-term hub for product innovation and team growth. This momentum supports a broader global trajectory: monday.com expects to generate up to $1.226 billion in revenue in 2025 – a 25% year-on-year increase.
