MrTed, the leading global provider of Talent Acquisition Solutions, today announced their participation in the Direct Resourcing Think Tank, a team dedicated to researching and discussing high level recruitment topics and initiatives in the UK marketplace.
The Direct Resourcing Think Tank will be hosting a roundtable event Thursday 11th December in London to discuss the topic of Direct Resourcing through the Economic Downturn. The event will be attended by senior HR professionals, as well as HR vendors including MrTed, CareerBuilder, Oasis Search and Effectivate.
The event is the first in a series and will include a keynote presentation from MrTed's Jamie Davies, a round table discussion, and hospitality at Twickenham Rugby Ground.
During the past year, HR departments have been very focused on shuffling their staff and reorganising their resourcing strategies in response to the economic crisis. Next year presents a variety of issues for HR departments, as recruitment professionals will be faced with the struggle of managing and building new teams but with less staff and less budget on hand to attract new talent, states Jamie Davies, International Sales Manager, MrTed Ltd.
