ExpressTest by eSkill Now Available to Net-Temps Recruiter Members for
Testing of Skills Proficiency Against Job Requirements
Net-Temps has announced today it has teamed with eSkill
to offer Net-Temps members the ability to create multi-subject skills assessment tests to measure the technical proficiency of candidates applying to their job postings. Recruiters can then prioritize applicants based on the test results. eSkill provides content and services for testing technical skills.
ExpressTest allows recruiters to create multi-subject tests quickly and does not require expert-level knowledge of the technical subject matter. The process is integrated into the existing job posting procedure. To create tests, users simply select the skill level required in one or more subject areas and ExpressTest automatically generates the appropriate questions.
Tests are created on the fly and attached to the job posting.
ìRecruiters are looking for any edge they can get over the competition in order to fill a very limited number of job openings. Skills testing streamlines the hiring process by allowing our customers to sift through and prioritize thousands of candidates instantly based on hard test scores, not just gut-feelings. The top candidates are easily identified and recruiters can make placements with a greater degree of accuracy and confidence,î
stated PJ Beaulac, Net-Tempsí Vice President of Marketing. ìWith ExpressTest, they are able to provide a real value added service to their clients.î
ìThree years ago job requests for java developers forced recruiters to scour the country in order to find a qualified job applicant. In this job market HR personnel are deluged with resumes for a single position, often from many who are not qualified,î said Michael George, Vice President of Sales and Business Development at eSkill. ìExpressTest ensures recruiters and HR
executives that the most qualified candidates are not lost in the flood of resumes.î
The skills testing service option is available to Net-Temps members on an individual user basis for a very small fee or large organizations may license the software on an enterprise basis.
