This month Qwiz Inc. launches in the UK its award-winning assessment aimed at identifying candidates whose behaviour and work-related values may adversely affect their suitability for particular work environments.
Call Center Magazine, awarded the assessment, Qwiz Vantage, ëBest of Showí at the 2003 Orlando Call Center Demo Conference after it was launched in the US in April this year.
Now available to the UK market, Qwiz Vantage, uses 140 carefully structured questions to measure six areas of concern for employers:
Reliability
Anger
Substance abuse
Honesty
Computer misuse
Sexual harassment.
The15 minute test is scored immediately and a detailed report explains what the responses reveal about the applicantsí potential problems, if any, in the six areas. Recommended interview questions are also generated to help employers explore areas of concern.
Phil Bannister, Operations Manager at Qwiz UK, comments, ëMost candidate assessments focus on skills and aptitude, but these are only part of the make-up of an applicant. Qwiz Vantage reveals problematic behaviour at work, which can have economic and cultural repercussions. Employers are aware of the need for a pleasant working environment and want to recruit and promote employees that will fit with their cultureí.
