NORAS interactive launched

Enhance Media has launched a new online research tool.

NORAS interactive uses the results of NORAS 2003 and allows recruiters to identify their chosen target audience through a series of drop down menus and then compare this selection against the users of the UKís leading job boards. This system allows recruiters to drill down into the NORAS data in more detail and get more from the results of the UKís largest piece of online recruitment research.

Enhance Mediaís Commercial Director Alastair Cartwright said, ìNORAS interactive allows recruiters to identify which job board provides the best audience for their exact recruitment needs. For example the NORAS results booklet shows you the percentage of each siteís users who live in the London TV region and also shows you the percentage of each siteís users who work in an administration role. NORAS interactive goes one step further and allows you to combine data from different questions, in this case showing you the percentage of users who work in an administration role and who live in London. This tool will allow recruiters to make better online advertising decisions and obtain an improved response from more targeted candidatesî.

NORAS interactive also calculates an estimated reach figure for E ABC audited sites that enables recruiters to see exactly how many suitable candidates are being delivered for their advertising spend. The results can also be exported to excel for use in documents and presentations.
