Northgate HR launches ResourceLink Enterprise

ResourceLink Enterprise will be showcased at the HR Software Show, Olympia, London, 21-22nd June 2006.

The new solution has been developed with input from existing customers to underpin an organisationís HR and payroll strategy and meet changing market needs.

ResourceLink Enterprise has significant web functionality providing line managers with some of the most powerful decision making information in the marketplace. Managers will be empowered with the simplest way yet of publishing vacancies, reviewing applicants, appointing staff, and dealing with their day to day management. Ongoing management support facilities will enable training, and appraisal recording and management to be booked online. A feature rich Performance Development module will support competency matrices and evidential recording for personal and career development. A highly sophisticated Flexible Benefits module further enhances the web based functionality.

ResourceLink Enterprise will also help to reduce administration within the HR department and enable HR professionals to focus on strategic HCM issues.

Enterprise Insight, a highly advanced Business Intelligence System within the ResourceLink Enterprise suite, will enable organisations to select Key Performance Indicators (KPIís) critical to their success, and monitor them in real time. A ëDashboardí will alert users to instances where KPIís could be affected and enable the user to drill down and establish the cause of the problem. Enterprise Insight has also been designed to link into external systems to provide enterprise wide functionality.

Northgate HR has focused on ensuring the new solution can meet the needs of global organisations. ResourceLink Enterprise has multi-lingual and multi-legislative capacity. In response to customer demand the solution is also SAS70 accredited and has been approved by Symantec, one of the UKís leading IT security provider.
