Oriel Support Appointment Signals Ambitious Growth Targets

Oriel Support has appointed Adam Jones to the role of business development executive

Oriel Support, the Cheltenham-based provider of outsourced financial services to the recruitment sector, has appointed Adam Jones to the role of business development executive.

The move bolsters Orielís objective to repeat the successes of 2005 in which the company experienced a 145% growth rate ñ the result of delivering enviable customer service and innovative client-focussed solutions. Adamís appointment will support the business development team in meeting that aim.

Reporting to David Vizard, new business manager, Adamís role involves generating new business inside the M25, an area of tremendous growth potential within the recruitment industry. He said: ìIíve always thought the sales environment was one in which I could really excel. This is a great chance for me to prove myself and achieve great things within the role. I am looking forward to working closely with the rest of the Oriel Support team.

Adam has been with Oriel since last September, originally starting in Oriel Collections. He excelled in his role as a collections adviser, however he had his sights set on a sales role. ìWhen I found out that David was thinking of recruiting I jumped at the chance. I really enjoy working at Oriel. The work ethic is second to none and every employee is aware of the high standards and level of customer care that differentiates Oriel.î

David Vizard explains: ìAdamís drive and the enthusiasm rounds off an excellent team. We are committed to matching last yearís growth levels and his efforts will contribute to achieving those targets. Iím glad heís up for the challenge and joined Oriel Support.î

A resident of Cheltenham, Adam plays football regularly and is an avid supporter of Cheltenham Town, going to games whenever he gets the chance. He also loves rugby and is supporting Wales in the Six Nations.
